Felix Nmecha has signed a new long-term contract with Borussia Dortmund that will keep him at the club until June 2030.
According to reports from journalist Patrick Berger, the agreement has been fully completed with all documents approved by the club’s legal department, confirming the midfielder’s long-term commitment to Dortmund.
Despite recent speculation linking the player with a move to Manchester City, sources confirm that the Premier League champions were never in negotiations for Nmecha and the midfielder was not included in their transfer shortlist.
Manchester City are still expected to sign a midfielder this summer, but Nmecha was never considered part of their plans.
The new deal strengthens Dortmund’s midfield stability as the club looks ahead to future domestic and European challenges.
